- Übernahme der Produktverantwortung für unsere PDM-Lösungen sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
- Planung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, abgestimmt auf aktuelle und zukünftige Anforderungen
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte (insbesondere Teamcenter und Rule Designer) - Priorisierung von Modulen und Features auf Basis von Projekterfahrungen sowie Markt- und Kundenanforderungen
- Sicherstellung des Überblicks über Projekte und Systemarchitekturen im PLM-Umfeld (Schwerpunkt PDM, optional CAD)
- Leitung ausgewählter Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit weiteren Projektverantwortlichen
- Frühes Erkennen von Markt- und Kundenbedarfen sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Pre-Sales-Maßnahmen zur optimalen Positionierung unserer Lösungen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Technische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im CAE-/PLM-Umfeld mit
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge in der fachlichen Leitung von Projekten erzielt
- Kompetenz in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Produkten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung mit Teamcenter, im Siemens-Umfeld oder mit dem Rule Designer mit
- Du kannst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen und verständlich aufbereiten
